While on the search for one of the best seafood restaurants in Phoenix, I continually ask myself what does it take to serve premium fish here in the desert.  Over four hundred miles from the coastal waters of California, the City Of Phoenix must rely on trucked in seafood.  So as I scour the city to find this elusive eatery, I will post my findings here.
